BBQ Brisket

BBQ Brisket - Danny's BBQ Recipes

Ingredients:

10 lbs.       beef brisket
1.5 oz.       red pepper
1.5 oz.       black pepper
1.5 oz.       salt

  • Mix dry ingredients together and rub onto brisket thoroughly
  • Cook brisket 18 to 24 hours on pit with oak wood at 200 - 300 degrees
  • When done, take brisket off pit and let meat rest before cutting
  • Cut brisket against the grain

10 lbs. beef brisket will serve 32 1/4 lb. servings - Bon Appetit!
